E-Clause LLC is a FRAUDULENT Company
We have known for some time that E~Clause LLC was a fraud operated by low IQ individuals who have absoutely no understanding of the law, but it seems that other "sovereigns" are chiming in on the outright fraudulent activities of Kirk Pendergrass, Chris Hallett and their associates. This was found on Facebook in reference to cases that Kirk and friends claim that they have "won". Thus far they have provided ZERO evidence of any case that they have prevailed on. They have only posted ridiculous graphs and mathematical equations that mean nothing in a court of law.

Hallett was murder by one of his clients that he couldn't help. No surprise on the couldn't help part. The accused murder is another sovereign who lost her children to her local CPS. It seem Hallett promised he could get her kids back and it failed (no surprise) she killed him.
ReplyDeleteI looked into E-Clauses filings. Firstly it if fully licensed under the Florida State Department & the Licence reads that is was enacted by Congress. Filings is still active. Could not find a death certificate for Mr. Hallett, thinking he might just be in protective custody.

Wonder what the will think when they find out Patriot groups across the country will start teaching their children the real history about our country.... about the corporations... and about the true laws of the land... the court systems will be explained... the attorney’s union... what corporate bylaws are... what a sovereign national is.... how everything the “government system” has voted on and passed is nullified... they have absolutely zero power a long with any thing they’ve passed...and so much more... enjoy the show
